Have never been so disappointed in a company like I am with state farm. I been a customer for 40yrs never been cancelled..... That's why I don't understand how a company can be so popular but be so disappointing in the way they allow the agents and adjusters take care of their customers

moved to US couple years ago and statefarm was the only option when i looked for insurance and have been with it since then. no accidents yet. so far everything seems good
