GEICO deals with customers directly on the Internet or on phones.

GEICO is known for its affordable premiums, various discount options, customer services. On its mobile app, customers can track their policy and billing details instantly. Customers can also chat by text with agents on the app. GEICO’s virtual assistant, Kate, can answer insurance questions and offer specific information to customers.

Auto Insurance

Discount Details
Vehicle Equipment Discounts For customers who have air bags, anti-lock braking system, anti-theft system, or daytime running lights on their vehicle, and also for new vehicles 3 model years old or newer
Driving History and Habits Discounts For customers who have been accident-free for 5 years, and if customers and customers' passengers always wear seat belts, they can receive discounts as well.
Driver Affiliation Discounts If customers are part of an emergency deployment to an imminent danger zone or an active or retired federal employee, they could be eligible for discounts. And if customers are active duty, retired from the military, or if they are members of the National Guard or Reserves, they could earn discounts.
Driver's Education Discounts If customers completed a defensive driving course, or a young driver in their family completed a driver's education course, they may earn discounts. Full-time students who have good academic records can earn discounts, too.
Customer Loyalty Discounts If customers insure more than one car with GEICO or insure their car through GEICO and meanwhile have other insurances through the GEICO, they could get discounts.

It has a long history and the price is cheapest I can get. I don't have claim yet so I don't want to leave comments on that part
