My plan was changed without any communication between myself and any agent. My rate was raised as a result and I was put into a plan I never agreed to purchase. I decided to switch to State Farm because I was assured that my plan would never be altered without my knowledge or consent like Allstate did. I will never use Allstate again if I can help it and I will make sure to tell anyone that will listen about the unprofessional service I received from Allstate. I never even signed paperwork for the plan to begin with so I don’t understand how anything could be changed without my knowledge or consent and have my rate raised as a result. Maybe it’s this specific location that’s the problem and the people that run it/work in it but all I know is I will never give another cent to Allstate if I can help it and I highly recommend anyone else looking for insurance to go to a different company. One with ethics and morals although maybe that’s asking too much of an insurance company in general. I’d give zero stars if it was an option but sadly I have to choose something so one star it is.

*NOTE* Christian has responded to my Google review lying and stating I was never a client at that office. His office manager stated otherwise. I have screenshots of that conversation as proof and it’s just one piece of many that will go to the Illinois Department of Insurance for when I file a complaint against Christian and Kristopher.
